When you complete the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, the date and type of occasion, duration, pickup location, preferred car, number of passengers, and any notes you choose to add.

We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to make a booking, to arrange and provide the service. Our lawful basis is your consent (which you give by ticking the box on the form) and, where a booking proceeds, the performance of a contract with you. We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
Who processes it
The enquiry form is handled by Formspree, which delivers your submission to us by email. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both act as data processors on our behalf and hold your data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for [retention period — e.g. 12 months] after our last contact with you, unless a booking proceeds, in which case we keep records for as long as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them.
